How it works

01 · UPLOAD

Send a lap

Onboard video from any camera (GoPro, phone, dash cam, sim capture). Data from AiM, Garmin Catalyst, RaceChrono or iRacing helps but isn't required.

02 · REVIEW

Get the breakdown

A 20–30 minute screen-recorded review, corner by corner: vision, braking, steering input, throttle timing, and where the data shows the lap is losing time.

03 · APPLY

Drive the drill

You leave with three priorities and one specific exercise for your next session. Add a 30-minute call if you want to talk it through.

What you get

Specific, not generic.

Every review is recorded for you, and you keep it. Watch it before every session until the habit is fixed.

  • Annotated video walkthrough of your lap, slow-motion where it matters
  • Data overlay compared against a reference line where data is supplied
  • Your three biggest time losses, ranked and explained
  • One drill to run next time out, with what "done" looks like
  • Setup or tyre-pressure notes when the data points to the car, not the driver
  • Low-grip and ice technique coaching, a module almost nobody else teaches

Car control

Taught by someone who still does it.

McLaren 720S, Lime Rock Park. The same technique goes into every review, whether your car is a Cup car, a Miata or an ice-race 911.

Who it's for

HPDE and club drivers

Most events don't allow a coach in the right seat. This is the coaching you can't get at the track.

Club and amateur racers

Qualifying pace, racecraft, and the consistency that wins endurance stints.

Sim racers with real ambitions

iRacing laps reviewed with real-world technique, so the habits transfer when you get in a car.

Karting parents

A pro's eye on your driver's onboard, in plain language you can both act on.

FAQ

What video do I need to send?

One clean lap from a forward-facing camera, ideally showing the steering wheel. Phone footage is fine. If you have a data overlay or a logger file, include it, but the review works from video alone.

Which data systems do you work with?

AiM, Garmin Catalyst, RaceChrono, VBOX, Harry's LapTimer, MoTeC exports, and sim telemetry from iRacing. If yours isn't listed, send it anyway.

What file types can I upload?

Any of these, up to 12 files and 6 GB per file, in one go:

  • Video: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, M4V and any GoPro, phone, Garmin or VBOX camera file
  • VBOX: .vbo data plus the matching video file. Send both; drop the whole session folder onto the uploader and it picks up everything
  • AiM: .xrk, .drk, .xrz and SmartyCam video
  • MoTeC: .ld, .ldx and .csv exports
  • Garmin Catalyst: .fit and exported video
  • RaceChrono and Harry's LapTimer: .rcz, .csv, .vbo, .gpx
  • Sim: iRacing .ibt, ACC and other telemetry exports, plus screen recordings
  • Anything else: CSV, ZIP, or a link to an unlisted YouTube, Vimeo, Drive or Dropbox file

There is no file-type filter on the uploader: if your logger makes it, we can open it.

How fast do I get it back?

Within 48 hours of a complete upload. Three-pack and season clients get 24 hours. Same-day turnaround on a race weekend can be arranged in advance.

Can you coach ice and winter driving?

Yes, and it's a specialty. Low-grip surfaces expose technique faster than tarmac; the same review format works for ice racing, rally-style driving and winter car control.

I'm a beginner. Is this too advanced?

No. The fastest improvement usually comes in the first few sessions, and the review is pitched at the level you're at.

What if I need something more than a review?

In-person coaching, sim program design for private clubs, and collector-car purchase advisory are available by enquiry. Mention it in the form below.
