Sim racing coaching
iRacing, ACC or any sim: send a lap with telemetry and get it reviewed with the same technique used to coach McLaren customers and Pro-Am racers, so what you learn on the rig transfers when you get in a car.
01 · What you get
A recorded voice-over of your full lap plus your telemetry overlaid against a reference lap: vision, brake release, steering input, throttle timing. Then a written debrief with the key areas for focus and improvement.
Real-time coaching while you drive, by the hour, with Alex on voice. Instant feedback, lap by lap.
Technique that works in a real car, not sim-only exploits. If you're using the sim to prepare for a track day or a race weekend, this is the point.
If you want a professional simulator built and installed at home, we build three levels and coach on them.
02 · Why it works
Plenty of fast sim racers coach sim racing. Fewer have coached drivers in real GT3 and Cup cars, or raced an LMP1. The difference shows up in what gets coached: feel, vision and brake release rather than setup tricks, which means the lap time you find on the rig is lap time you can take to a circuit.
Sim racers with real-world ambitions, real-world drivers using the sim to prepare for an event, and anyone with a serious rig who wants to get more from it. iRacing is the most common, but ACC, rFactor 2, Automobilista and others all work from a screen recording and a telemetry export.
Alex Waters spent sixteen years as a McLaren driver coach, runs the simulator coaching at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, and has designed sim programs for private clubs. Read a real review.

iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, Automobilista 2 and others. Send a screen recording and, where the sim allows, a telemetry export (iRacing .ibt is ideal).
No. A single screen and a decent wheel are enough to be coached. For what hardware actually helps, see the feel section on the simulators page.
You drive, the coach watches your stream or shares your session and talks to you on voice in real time. Booked by the hour once you have had a review.
It can, if the technique being coached is real-world technique. That is the whole premise here.
